SmartObject is a technology within Zenon, that enables easy reuse of implemented objects, similar to classes in traditional programming. A SmartObject may contain (or may not contain) tags, windows, window templates, functions, logic, and more.

When adding an instance of SmartObject to the project, all variables, functions, windows, etc., are automatically created and numbered, saving developer time. Any changes, such as adding tags, are automatically updated across all instances in the project.

SmartObject for inverters series Huawei SUN2000 implements the minimal functionality required for the diagnostic and control:

  • screen with overall indicators of inverter performance: current, voltage, frequency, and meter readings.
  • DC inputs status: voltage and current.
  • Power indicator’s screen with a graph.
  • Inverter status screen with details: temperature, insulation resistance, efficiency, operating mode, and error codes.
  • Error register decoding screen with state indication.
  • Settings and control screen.
